Delivery Fees

• The shipping rates for West Malaysia are as follows
  1. Free shipping for orders Above RM250
  2. RM8 for oder below RM250
• The shipping rates for East Malaysia are as follows
  1. Sabah & Sarawak: RM12

📦 Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing Time for Services:
  Services can be claimed immediately during working hours, from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Sunday).
• Product Delivery Time:
  Orders are processed during working hours and will be delivered within 3–7 working days.

Additional Information

• Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
• Our courier service providers are J&T, Pos Laju, and Citylink.
• We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• Please ensure your purchased item follows Malaysia shipping regulation, e.g. “Spray” product is prohibited to be delivered via Air Freight. In the case that your purchased item is prohibited, we will cancel the item and proceed for a refund.

During Promotion Periods

During peak periods, we could not fulfill the flash delivery promise due to a large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. However fret not, customers can expect to receive their package within the promised delivery time-frame stated on their respective order summary/ order confirmation email.
